Cultivating Discipleship
Watering the Seed: Practical Steps for Post-Encounter Discipleship
As we engage in and celebrate Holy Spirit encounters, are we truly prepared to nurture the seeds planted during these powerful moments? (1 Cor 3:6 - 'Paul planted, Apollos watered, but God has been making it grow. Whether it’s someone giving their life to Christ, receiving a prophetic word about their next steps, or being healed by God’s touch, our work doesn’t end with the encounter. While God is the one who causes growth, He calls us to tend the garden—cultivating the soil and watering the seeds. This breakout session will focus on practical steps any church can implement to water the seeds of the kingdom - discipling new believers and guiding those seeking to understand the next steps in their God-given calling.
Speaker: Steve Huffman
Room: C3
Cultivating Roots
How to Stay Planted in Today's Society
How do I stay grounded in today's ever-changing society? What do I need most to be effective and to feel planted? How do I pour out and keep myself and others encouraged when I feel drained, fatigued, and unsure?
As the world continues to grow and change, your response to these questions will be imperative. Everyone is looking for the answer, and the answer lies within. Being strengthened from the inside produces a fortress on the outside. During this session, you'll learn the 3 essential keys to drawing out the leader that's always been inside of you. These keys will not only help you gain more confidence and assurance, but will also inspire you to get rooted and grounded about what’s most important to you and in creating a strong vision for your life and work. The session will be two-fold: you'll spend time learning the keys and then applying them to your life.
Speaker: Sparkle Sanders
Room: C2

Cultivating Habits of Spiritual Practices
Spiritual practices grow us into the people God has called us to be, deepen our relationship with Jesus, and cultivate long-term relationships with the Lord. In this session, through conversation, practice, and encouragement, you will learn more about spiritual practices and consider how to create them in your personal lives and the communities you lead and are a part of.
Speaker: Maggie Davis
Room: K18
Cultivating the Prophetic
Cultivating the prophetic requires intentionality. This is not a passive thing that we do but requires us to steward actively. This intentionality requires us to cultivate the prophetic in two realms: Individually and corporately. The question is, how do we do that, and what does it look like?
Speaker: Keirstyn Worden
